Custom Order Return Policy
Because Brand Bros creates custom branded products, all approved custom orders are final sale once production begins. Please review proofs, sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, and artwork carefully before approval.

If there is a production error, defect, or damage, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. If the issue was caused by Brand Bros, we will work with you to make it right.
